Design details are collected after purchase via a guided follow-up form, including:

Overall color scheme

Wax seal color

Wording and event details

Guest address collection for envelope addressing

All selections are reviewed and finalized during the proofing process.

• Selection of an overall color scheme, including coordinated envelope and ink colors

Optional upgrades such as additional insert cards, foil printing, and specialty finishes are available and quoted after proofing.

A 50% non-refundable design retainer is required to secure your suite and begin the customization process.
The remaining balance is due after proofing and prior to production.
OPT to pay in full upfront, however, payment is non-refundable
Any changes or upgrades made during the customization process will be invoiced and payment will be due prior to production
Orders are not sent to print without final approval and full payment.

After you place your order, we’ll take it from there.

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a guided customization form to collect your wording, color palette, and any upgrades or add-ons. We’ll also walk you through optional services like assembly.
Once your form is complete, we’ll begin design and send your first proof within 3 business days. You’ll be able to request revisions or approve for production — we’ll guide you through what to look for and how to mark edits.

Production begins after:

final design approval
final guest address list is submitted
final balance is paid

Production timing:

2 weeks for printing
add up to 2 additional weeks if assembly services are added

Minimum turnaround time is 4 weeks, assuming forms, approvals, and payments are completed in a timely manner.
